We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST are processed and shipped the next business day.

We offer the following shipping methods across India:

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the shipping method selected, order weight, and destination.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
Currently, we do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders.

Tracking information will be emailed or WhatsApp’d to you as soon as your order ships.
You can track the status of your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

Some items, such as oversized or heavy furniture, may require special shipping arrangements.
Additional shipping charges may apply and will be communicated before dispatch.
